There is no $0 referral fee.

Sometimes there is a malfunction, usually because a customer goes back to the previous page on the website to complete the online form again. Sometimes this causes a malfunction.

On our online form, we specifically say this:

“If the referral fee says “0”, you must change the guaranteed amount to an amount between $500 and $99,999 then click “re-calculate fee.
You can change the amount you desire above and then click the “Re-Calculate Fee” button to re-calculate the referral fee.
