In no event shall Company be liable to the Client for any or all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence)) or otherwise exceed the amount paid by the Client to Company. ConsumerLoans4all.com is not a lender but refers lending partners to the Client. Any disputes shall be in a court of competent jurisdiction within Lancaster County in the State of Pennsylvania and will be pursuant to the Laws of the State of Pennsylvania. This contract does not become valid and binding until all accurate information is received and accepted at Company’s office in Pennsylvania.
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: You will be approved for the amount you request and will be 100% satisfied with our service. If not, we will waive our processing fee. Our processing fee of $100 will only be billed AFTER you have received funding and are completely satisfied. We will process your request according to our terms and conditions. This contract will become null and void if client provides inaccurate or incomplete information.
Stipulations:
a) Company guarantees the approval amount, subject to these terms and conditions, either as a personal loan or a line of credit or both.
b) Client is never obligated to accept a lending partner’s approval offer.
c) Lenders that offer personal loans will not require any fees. A line of credit lender may sometimes require a small fee.
d) Individual lending partners are free to make their own individual decisions regarding approvals and/or interest rates and are under no obligation whatsoever to the Client.
e) Company may or may not be affiliated with the lending partners.
f) If you choose to accept a guaranteed offer and provide complete information, then Company will provide your information to up to 4 lending partners. This is optional and we will only proceed if you provide complete information (above) and authorize it by clicking the “submit” button above.
