As we promised, we have provided you with our lenders and also as promised, we guarantee that once you have applied with the lenders that we have referred, you will be approved for the amount you requested or you will receive a refund based on the actual amount you are approved for subject to the terms of service. We have been doing this successfully for the past 20 years. We know what we are doing. As long as you follow our instructions, you will receive approval amounts. Some clients will receive the full amount they requested and others will receive a lesser amount. A very small percentage, perhaps 2% or less, will not get an approval. Regardless of the outcome, we make sure that it is fair for everyone. If you receive the full amount you requested then everyone is happy. If you receive less than the amount you requested, then you will receive a partial refund based on the amount you were actually approved for, subject to the Terms of Service. If you are approved for nothing (very rare), then you would be entitled to a 100% refund. Our entire program and rules are explained extremely thoroughly in our Terms of Service. If you did NOT read our Terms of Service, then please do so right away so that you understand what your responsibilities are and what our responsibilities are. Yes, we adhere very strictly to the Terms of Service for our protection. But we want to make sure that we are fair to you as well. When you apply with our lender referrals, we have no way of knowing what the outcome will be and that is why we both need to follow the rules very strictly.
We strongly recommend that you read and understand our Terms of Service, especially sections 15 and 16, before applying with any of our referrals. When you have finished reading, you may start the process of applying with our referrals. There may be a referral that you already know about, or maybe you have already applied with them. That is OK. As explained in our Terms of Service, there is no need for you to apply with a lender again if you have already applied with them within the past 60 days.
